WSIB Mental Health Program of Care 2026
On April 27, 2026, the WSIB launched its Mental Health Program of Care, replacing the former Community Mental Health Program. The program gives eligible people with WSIB claims access to mental health assessment and treatment through contracted community providers.
The program includes psychotherapy delivered in a clinic or office and functional recovery services that may take place in the community or workplace. WSIB approval is required to participate.

When appropriate to the approved care plan, psychotherapy can support recovery goals related to function and return to meaningful activity.
Regain Rehab Centre is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic, allowing workers to access mental health and physical rehabilitation services in one clinic when each service is clinically appropriate and authorized.
