Regain Rehab Centre – Appointment Policies

At Regain Rehab Centre, we are committed to providing every client with high-quality, personalized care. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and we turn away other clients to honor that commitment. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policies:


Cancellation Policy

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee:
    • Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture – $40.00
    • Massage Therapy – Full session fee
    • Psychotherapy – 50% of the scheduled session fee
  • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance.
  • We understand that emergencies such as illness or family matters may arise unexpectedly. In such cases, exceptions may be made at the discretion of the clinic.

Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments

  • If you miss your appointment without notice (no-show), you may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled session cost.
  • If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. However, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.
  • Late arrivals and partial appointments are handled based on therapist availability and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled or extended.
  • Please note: Cancellation and missed appointment fees cannot be direct billed to most insurance providers.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Walk-ins are welcome during business hours; however, we recommend booking online or calling ahead to minimize wait times.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and get settled before your session.
  • Same-day bookings require a minimum of 2 hours’ notice and are subject to therapist availability.
  • A valid credit card may be required to secure bookings longer than 60 minutes.
  • We provide private treatment rooms, but are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. We suggest leaving valuables such as jewelry and electronics at home.
  • If using a gift card, please provide the gift card number at the time of booking and present it at check-in. Cancellation fees also apply to gift card payments.
