The intensity was to a point where I could not sleep, as tossing and turning instantly woke me up due to shooting pain, and simple tasks seemed like missions as the smallest movements had me in agonizing pain.

Dr Roshan Elizabeth is hands down one of the best Doctors I have ever worked with. Each session felt more productive than the last, and she helped me develop a full stretching and workout plan to specifically target my affected muscles. When I started, my pain levels were at a solid 9/10, having lasted for over a year and a half.With just over one moth with Dr Roshan I can hit the gym like I was never injured, sleep perfectly fine, and best of all, live my life pain free. Her staff, more specifically her receptionists, are also very professional and helpful ensuring booking of appointments is smooth and easy, as well as phone call check ups to make sure you’re keeping up with your routine. If you’re in pain and are thinking about getting help, I can’t think of a better place than Regain Rehab. Definitely check it out.
