As a Patient Care Coordinator, your key responsibility is to provide top-tier, concierge-level service to our patients. In this role, you will be the primary representative of the practice, serving as the essential connection between our patients and healthcare providers. Your role is critical to the clinic’s success by ensuring excellent customer service, clear communication, and effective time management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet customers upon arrival.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, including appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and recalls.
  • Coordinate appointment bookings for the clinic.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming phone calls, ensuring timely message delivery and return calls.
  • Handle invoicing and product receipt.
  • Process incoming mail, manage payments, and distribute mail as needed.
  • Order and manage product sales.
  • Perform general office and administrative tasks.
  • Conduct follow-up activities with customers and other leads.
  • Enter customer information into the back-office system accurately.
  • Ensure proper processing of all clinic-related forms, such as customer records, financial documentation, and insurance forms.
  • Maintain and manage the customer database and call lists.
  • Submit and follow up on insurance claims as applicable.
  • Oversee account receivables and payables.
  • Provide assistance to practitioners as needed.
  • Perform various cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of prior office experience is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer service is preferred.
  • Must be highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Proficiency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and good computer and keyboarding skills are required.
  • Must be self-motivated and highly organized.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
Expected Hours: No less than 24 per week
Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
